Niamh has extensive experience in resolving all forms of disputes fro the very simple to the extremely complex and technical. She has extensive experience in acting on personal injury cases acting predominatly for people who have been injured at work through accidents stress or repetivte strain. In addition Niamh has also acted for insurers who have retained to represent their interest . Niamh graduated with a BCL from UCC in 1990, qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland and worked in the UK for a period of time during which she was appointed to the specialist panel of Personal Injuries Solicitors by the Law Society of the UK.
Since returning to Ireland in 2003 she has set up her own practice in her hometown of Fermoy. She specialises in dispute resolution on personal injury cases family disputes, contract disputes probate disputes and matters where someones rights and interest have been enfringed .
She is heavily involved in the community including the Hockey Club in Fermoy. She also enjoys a spot of golf and plays tennis in her spare time. Niamh is the Secretary to Fermoy Forum and is also involved in her local GAA Club.
